Leadership Design Teams
Leadership Design Teams (more commonly known as Mastermind Groups) are close-knit communities designed to focus on the personal and/or professional goals of its individual members. Teams are confidential and provide a safe place where members share challenges and work together to find renewed focus, energy and purpose.
What is the size of the Team?
Each team is open to a minimum of 4 and no more than 10 people who share a common thread (work in the same sector, are transitioning from work to the next chapter after retirement, are seeking more balance in their lives, etc.).
How often does the Team meet?
The group agrees on the number and length of meetings. To support growth and change, Leadership Design Alliance encourages groups to convene for 3 hours at least once a month for 6 months. Engagements and schedules can be expanded as determined by the team.

- Provide team support between sessions
- Offer one-on-one coaching to supplement sessions as needed
