Leadership Design Teams
Leadership Mastermind Groups are close-knit, facilitated communities designed to focus on the personal and/or professional leadership goals of its individual members. These groups offer a combination of brainstorming, professional leadership advice, and accountability to sharpen your business and personal skills.
Business Mastermind team members network with world-class leaders, focusing on increasing the impact of members’ organizations and their work with other leaders. Teams are confidential and provide a safe place where members share challenges and work together to find renewed focus, energy and purpose.

Each team is open to a minimum of 4 and no more than 7 people who share a common thread. Whether working in the same sector, seeking a career shift, transitioning from work to the next chapter after retirement, or seeking more balance in their lives, team members banish self-imposed limitations in search of inspiration and courage.

Each group agrees on the number and length of meetings. To support growth and change, we encourages groups to convene for 2-3 hours at least once a month. Teams convene a minimum of 6 months. And some are still meeting after 3 years.
